Niel Smith

Director

Niel is one of the initial directors of Enderstein Van Der Merwe Inc. and operates from our Cape Town office. He obtained his B.Comm LL.B degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2002 and in the same year commenced with his articles at Heyns & Partners Incorporated. He was admitted as an Attorney in 2004 and admitted as a Conveyancer in 2005. He specialises in Legal Drafting and Contract Law, Legal Recoveries and Debt Collections, Company Law and Commercial Litigation. Niel has represented various South African banks in a wide spectrum of matters. More recently he has become involved in Public Law, and he acts for several Local and District Municipalities and parastatals. In addition, Niel serves on the board of directors of numerous companies, and heads up our external debt collecting operations and our tender division.
