Nokwanda Malumbete-Maluleke
Director
Nokwanda, better known as Nox, obtained her LLB degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2013 and completed her articles at Walkers Inc. in 2016 where after she was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in February 2016. She gained valuable experience as a legal mediator at LIPCO Law for All where after she opened her own firm, Malumbete Van Niekerk Inc. In 2017 Nox joined the Enderstein Van der Merwe Inc. family and the two firms currently practise in association. In 2018 Nox obtained her right of appearance in the High Court and obtained a certificate in Compliance Management from UCT in 2019. In 2020, she successfully completed her Digital Marketing Course at UCT. She has extensive experience in debt collection and has a keen interest in all litigation matters. She is based in our Sunninghill office. Nox enjoys an active lifestyle and believes in her life motto – “you live, you learn”.

Megan obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2019. She further obtained her Master of Laws degree in 2020 from the University of Stellenbosch, specialising in Sectional Title Ownership, Law of Trusts, Wills and Estates, International Tax Law and Collective Labour Law. Her dissertation further explores the state of majoritarianism in South African Collective Labour Law. Megan completed her articles of clerkship in January 2023, thereafter joining Enderstein Malumbete Inc, and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Megan practices in the Litigation Department in our Cape Town office. Her areas of practice include both Magistrate and High Court general litigation, matrimonial and family law (inclusive of divorces, maintenance, and domestic violence), labour law, property law (including evictions), insolvency law (liquidations and sequestrations) and debt collection.
