Juliet Roux is the Public Relations Officer at our firm and is the company spokesperson who deals with our clients. She graduated with an Honours degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She has been working in the legal industry for the last 15 years and has extensive experience as a client Liaison Officer, Public Relations Officer and Marketing Consultant. Juliet promotes our firm and builds positive client relationships. She creates, supervises, and attends corporate events as well as assists in arranging the firm’s marketing material. She is always available to communicate with our clients and ensures that Enderstein van der Merwe is the preferred law firm in conveyancing and litigation.

Megan obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2019. She further obtained her Master of Laws degree in 2020 from the University of Stellenbosch, specialising in Sectional Title Ownership, Law of Trusts, Wills and Estates, International Tax Law and Collective Labour Law. Her dissertation further explores the state of majoritarianism in South African Collective Labour Law. Megan completed her articles of clerkship in January 2023, thereafter joining Enderstein Malumbete Inc, and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Megan practices in the Litigation Department in our Cape Town office. Her areas of practice include both Magistrate and High Court general litigation, matrimonial and family law (inclusive of divorces, maintenance, and domestic violence), labour law, property law (including evictions), insolvency law (liquidations and sequestrations) and debt collection.
