Christiaan Wium duly completed his Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree and is an admitted Attorney of the Hight Court of South Africa. He is a highly organised, efficient and motivated legal practitioner.
Christiaan has a keen eye for detail and has a proactive attitude towards every legal matter. As he is result driven, he has the ability to bring tasks to a full completion in a proficient manner and has a proven track record of excellent work.
He has a vast amount of experience in various areas of the law and is primarily focused on general litigation such as debt collections, bail applications, civil and criminal trials, divorces, custody disputes, maintenance issues, evictions and other property related matters.

Mandy Booysen obtained her LLB degree from the University of South Africa while she was employed as a legal typist. She completed her articles in Kimberley, whereafter she was admitted as an Attorney in the Northern Cape High Court. She joined our team during 2024. She has a keen interest in litigation matters and currently assists in our litigation department

Megan obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2019. She further obtained her Master of Laws degree in 2020 from the University of Stellenbosch, specialising in Sectional Title Ownership, Law of Trusts, Wills and Estates, International Tax Law and Collective Labour Law. Her dissertation further explores the state of majoritarianism in South African Collective Labour Law. Megan completed her articles of clerkship in January 2023, thereafter joining Enderstein Malumbete Inc, and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Megan practices in the Litigation Department in our Cape Town office. Her areas of practice include both Magistrate and High Court general litigation, matrimonial and family law (inclusive of divorces, maintenance, and domestic violence), labour law, property law (including evictions), insolvency law (liquidations and sequestrations) and debt collection.
